My Top Seven Love Songs
Love is what makes the world move and songs are the essence of love.
What is life without music and what is music without love? Though the music is of many varieties and genre, i like the romantic music a lot. My top romantic songs are both from English and Indian movies and i would try to put here the videos with English subtitles if they have Hindi songs
Pal Pal Dil ke pass
Very beautiful song with great lyrics. Dhemendra and Rakhi at their best . This 70s thriller movie Black mail has this song sung very beautifully where the hero tells heroine by way of letters that she lives in his heart every second.
PS: I was told that this video is blocked by You tube in some countries so this is altenative link to this video.

Old is gold, beautiful songs.
SEVEN was enough?
Great selection Sweety one, like the ones from your Area too!
LORD
Lovely songs to stir the heart strings. I also love that old favourite, "Unchained Melody," although it has been over-used perhaps. I love the Stevie Wonder song "I just called..." too. Bobx
Nice selection of songs Sweetie. Surprisingly (because I'm not very much into music) I know most of them. I like Abba and 'Honey Honey', and the Stevie Wonder songs. I also always find it interesting to hear songs from elsewhere in the world, which we hear so little of in the west. (Unfortunately one of the songs from India has been blocked though Sweetie). My favourite though has to be 'And I Love Her' - one of the best tracks from one of the best bands ever. Thanks. Alun.
Thanks for the quick response and alternative link :-)
Lovely selection of love songs, The Beatles 'And I love her' is one of my favourites.
Thank you for sharing.
Stevie Wonder and Beatles both songs on my list. Voted up, marked beautiful and interesting.
These are beautiful songs - there are so many love songs I like, I don't know if I could pick the top ones.
I am laughing at the choices you put in the readers' poll. And listening to Tuje Dekha right now. I love Indian popular music as well as classical music, though I don't know a lot about it. Going to send my son up to the local Indian store for a Christmas CD gift for me. I want to listen to some classical, female vocal evening raga - such beautiful, meditative music! Would you have any suggestions?
And I love Stevie Wonder too!
Hey, sweetie - thank you so much! I'll check them out on youtube!
Sweetie good choice and good picks I've never of five of them.. but they're not my top romantic songs,, they're yours and they are indeed romanatic :) Frank

Now The Beatles "And I Love Her" and You are the Sunshine of My Life" happens to be two of my favorites! Nice selections!

"Winner Takes IT All," by Abba breaks my heart into. It's rumored to be a true story about the blond singer, Inga, I guess thats her name, heartbreaking woe of her husband wanting to divorce her for another woman. Talk about a jerk! This guy had to be nuts for Inga is still a living doll.
Kenneth
PS just sharing.
sweetie . . .you, my dear friend, are welcome. Keep up the musical hubs or any hub you write for it will all be good. I mean it.
