 Holidaying is such an important part of human being of present era. The life of a common man is so stressed these days that a holiday is best way to releive the stress and be together with your loved ones away from internet and hussel of cities and daily life.. So this is my next blog in places for the holiday after Hub on Mauritius and Reunion Islands.

Most of the people would love to holiday in the arms of nature where they can find rest and relax the tired mind and body. There is no other place like nature to do so. The nature has beauty in abundance and the most toothing thing in nature is water .. so in this hub we are going to talk about the tallest of the water falls... The Angel water falls. These are grandest of water falls and they are in Venezuela.

       Venezuela is a small country in South America continet. It is very beautiful country with ots of greenery and water.

Kerepakupai Meru

The local name of Angel falls is Kerepakupai Meru. This water fall is about 15 times higher than Niagra falls. They stand at height of 979 meters. The water falls to the depth of 807 meters. These falls are world heritage as declared by UNESCO.

                These water falls are on the mountain Auyentapui Mountains range. They are the thing which attracts most turoists to Venezuela. When the water falls from about 1 km and along with the strong winds there, most of water is either blown away or evaporates before it touches the ground.  After touching the ground these water falls merge in to river Kerep, which becomes massive river once the water falls merge in to them.

                The main attraction of the Angel falls is the way the water falls.. The water falls through plunges and then slopes too. There are many plunges with 100 meter plunge being the maximum.

How to reach there:

Since the water falls are situated in the forest area of the Venezuela and is not wasily assible by road or train, so it is necessary to take a flight from Caracas. There are many tour operators to take you there. People usually like to visit these during the second half of the year ie from June to december. Remember Since Venezuela is in southern hemisphere of earth so the seasons are just opposite to Nrthern Hemisphere, so in december it is summers and not winters there.
